Owner Operator Greg "Gunny" Clear

Greg's, first job was working for a small family-owned construction company. He cut his teeth hanging drywall and doing finish work. He has always enjoyed working with his hands, so the construction field just felt natural.

After graduating High School, he joined the United States Marines. There he served almost 21 years. He held many billets from Basic Infantry, Light Armored Recon, Primary Marksmanship Instructor, Battalion Operations Chief, to a Career Recruiter. He has traveled all over the world admiring the different architecture of past and present.

After retiring from the Marines in May of 2011, he tried his hand at car sales but felt something was missing. In 2015 Greg joined a local contracting company where he served as a Senior Project Manager. He has overseen 100's of builds across North Eastern Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Greg has also served as a National Restoration Manager for a large National Commercial Roofing Company. Where he traveled, inspected, and overseen the builds of large commercial rooftops such as PVC, TPO, EPDM, Standing Seam, and Metal retrofitted roofing. He has overseen complete tear-offs and restoration jobs.

As a Marine Leader, some habits are hard to break. You will find Greg working directly with his customers, being in the field working with his sales staff and crews.
